Googleカレンダー連携の活用イメージについて（How to make use of Google Calendar integration）
- 前提として本システムは、企業が保険相談をしたいお客様を獲得した後、保険募集人に案件として配信する作業をサポートしています。
- その際、企業の担当者は保険募集人の空き日程を参照し、保険相談が可能な日時を選択して配信します。
- 保険募集人は、自身の空き日程を日々システム上に入力する必要がありますが、Googleカレンダーと連携することで、Googleカレンダー上で予定の登録されていない日時が自動的に「空き日程」として登録されるようになります。
- また、本システム上で案件の配信を受けた日時について、自動的にGoogleカレンダー上に予定が作成されることで、以降はその日時をブロックしダブルブッキングを防ぐことができます。
- As a premise, this system supports the process of distributing opportunities to insurance solicitors after a company has acquired a customer who wants to consult with an insurance solicitor.
- In this process, the person in charge of the company refers to the insurance solicitor’s available schedule, selects a date and time when an insurance consultation is available, and sends it to the solicitor.
- The insurance solicitor must enter his or her available dates in the system on a daily basis. On the other hand, by linking the system with Google Calendar, dates and times when a schedule is not registered on Google Calendar will automatically be registered as “available dates”.
- In addition, the system will automatically create a schedule on Google Calendar for the date and time when the case is delivered to the system, and block that date and time to prevent double booking.
